Nicholas Majdalani

Managing Director

With over 35 years of international experience spanning civil engineering, development, and investment, Nicholas is the driving force behind MDG's global platform. His career spans landmark projects across four continents, and his hands-on command of every stage of the development process — from origination and capital structuring through design, construction, and exit — is the bedrock on which MDG is built.

Dimitri Majdalani

Director

Forged at Goldman Sachs across their European office development portfolio and further sharpened at Witnick Real Estate Partners in New York where he closed over $250m in value-add transactions, Dimitri brings rare transactional firepower to the Group. He has since executed complex, high-value developments, forward-fundings, and forward purchases exceeding £1bn across Europe. Dimitri holds an MSc in Real Estate Development & Finance from Columbia University (US) and a BSc in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Reading (UK).

Cameron Warricker

Director

Cameron is the operational and commercial force that keeps MDG's platform running with precision. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC London, where he specialized in audit and business restructuring, before joining Alvarez & Marsal Europe as a management consultant advising top-tier PE clients on complex pre- and post-acquisition value-creation mandates. His command of financial structuring, due diligence, and operational efficiency makes him an invaluable anchor across MDG. Cameron holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Reading (UK).

Michael Majdalani

Associate

Trained at Greystar in the Netherlands — overseeing investment and asset execution across Europe and contributing to the management of a 10,000+ unit multifamily and PBSA portfolio — he combines deep quantitative expertise with hands-on deal experience. His strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities make him an invaluable force in MDG's underwriting and asset strategy. Michael holds an MSc in Data Science, underpinning a distinctly data-driven approach to real estate investment.
